Participation is voluntary and free for adults aged 18 or over. You must register separately for each period. An earlier entry does not carry over.

You need a verified email and at least one visible post of your own, which may be from an earlier month. Eligibility is checked at registration and selection. Example stories, comments and reactions do not qualify. More posts do not improve your chance.

One entry per period is allowed per profile and verified email. After withdrawing, you cannot register again for the same period. This limit is not an identity check.

On the last calendar day of the month, after the displayed registration deadline, the system randomly selects one eligible participant. The first selection is on 31 October 2026. If technical processing is delayed, selection takes place when processing resumes. No result is announced before selection has actually taken place.

The selected participant has 72 hours from selection to accept the invitation and arrange an appointment with Margarita. One reminder is sent after 48 hours. Accepting alone does not extend the deadline. If the participant declines or does not arrange an appointment, another participant is selected if a full 72 hours remain before the next monthly selection. If no eligible participants remain, nobody is selected for that period.

After accepting, you receive a one-time code to give Margarita when arranging the appointment. She uses it to confirm the arrangement with the administrator. The consultation is individual, lasts 60 minutes and takes place online only, by arrangement with Margarita. It takes place during the following month, before the next monthly selection. Contact her directly if an agreed appointment needs to change.

Participation is separate from signing in and posting in the community. With your explicit consent, we store an encrypted email address, protected identifiers to prevent repeat registration, a link to your profile, the period, status, and consent version and date. If you are selected, we also store deadlines, a protected one-time code, and the agreed appointment date and time. We do not require a diagnosis or copy content from the community.

Emails are used only for confirmation, invitations, reminders and participation instructions, not advertising. Margarita does not receive a list of participants or links to their posts. You contact her yourself; only the confirmation code and administrative appointment information are shared, not the content of the consultation.

Withdrawing consent from your participation status removes your contact details and profile link, cancels unsent emails and invalidates an unused code. Protected identifiers for the period are kept until it ends to prevent repeat registration. Unselected participants’ data are removed when selection is finally completed; the selected participant’s data are removed within 30 days after the meeting deadline. The de-identified service log is kept for up to one year.

Cloudflare provides the website and database. D1 recovery copies may contain an earlier state for up to 30 days, depending on the plan. Deleting data from the active database does not immediately delete recovery copies. Brevo sends the emails. For contact@iaztaka.com, logs are set to be retained for one month, with no previews stored for new emails. Automatic deletion by the provider may take up to 24 hours after that period expires. This does not delete emails from the recipient’s inbox or retrospectively remove old previews.

Your rights and contact details for the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection are described in the general privacy policy. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. This initiative is not emergency care and does not guarantee a consultation to every participant.

We do not copy pseudonyms or medical records. The community is publicly accessible. When contacting the specialist directly, you decide what to share. Emails already passed to the delivery provider cannot be recalled. After deletion, aggregate measures remain without links to participants.
