“И аз така.” does not require your real name to take part. A strictly necessary cookie stores a random anonymous identifier so your pseudonym and actions can be associated with this browser. Clearing cookies or changing browser or device may create a new profile and remove your access to managing earlier posts. Public posts are not automatically deleted.
Your profile stores your pseudonym, its preferred style and an optional role. We do not collect gender separately. Name style is private. A role is shown only by explicit choice beside future posts and replies. You can hide all your role labels through your profile settings. Family members' profiles are not linked.
What we store
- Your pseudonym and anonymous technical identifier.
- An email address only if you voluntarily sign in with an email code, where available. It is used for one-time codes and profile protection and recovery, and is not displayed publicly. If you separately register for a free consultation, it is also used for participation-related messages.
- Posts, replies, reactions and reports.
- Your private saved-post list, when each post was saved and the last reply recorded when you opened a conversation.
- Content status needed for moderation and safety.
- A functional language-preference cookie, if you choose a language.
Why we process this information
These data support the anonymous community, display posts and replies, prevent abuse and allow reports to be reviewed. The platform's essential operation and security rely on the legitimate interest in maintaining a safe service. Because posts may disclose health information, before posting, replying or editing we ask for separate confirmations of adulthood, acceptance of the rules and public sharing. The dates and version of the accepted terms are stored with the profile.
We do not sell data or use community content for advertising. Posts appear under a pseudonym; login emails are not visible to other visitors. Do not share names, addresses, phone numbers, medical records or details that could identify you, a child or anyone else.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of content and related data through the project contact. To locate an anonymous post, we may ask for its link, date and a short excerpt. Do not send more personal data than necessary.
Automated checks and reports
Selected phrases are checked on the server when content is posted or edited, without sending the text to an external AI service. Checks may make mistakes or miss risks. They are not diagnoses and do not automatically hide content or notify authorities.
Reports are accessible only through the sole moderator's protected panel. A limited copy of reported or flagged text is retained for up to 30 days, including after editing or deletion. Reports, audit history and notification records are retained for up to 90 days from report creation. Expired records are not displayed and are cleared automatically. The psychologist does not automatically receive posts or reports.
Retention and providers
Saved posts are private: authors and other visitors cannot see who saved them. The bookmark and new-reply marker remain until you remove the bookmark or the post is deleted. The marker indicates replies from other people since saving or last opening the conversation; it is not proof that every reply was read. We do not send emails about these replies.
Posts and replies are retained until their author deletes them, requests deletion or moderation removes them. Technical abuse-prevention records are kept only as long as needed for that purpose. A protected technical network identifier may be used without storing a readable IP address.
Cloudflare provides hosting, the database and site protection. Brevo delivers one-time codes and technical moderator notifications. Moderator emails contain no community text, report reason or author details. For profile login, the database stores a protected email identifier rather than a readable email address. Codes expire after 10 minutes, are stored only in protected form and expired codes are automatically removed. Providers process data only as needed for their services, with applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
Voluntary free-consultation participation stores a separately encrypted email, period, status and consent record. Post content is not copied or sent to the psychologist. Retention and withdrawal details are set out in the participation rules. Brevo logs for service emails from contact@iaztaka.com are retained for one month, with previews of new emails disabled. This does not remove emails from recipients' inboxes.
