Maybe you've thought this too…

Illustrative thoughts, not posts by community members.

I love my child, but sometimes I just want to disappear for a little while.
Everyone expects me to be happy. I don't even know how I feel.
I need someone to listen without immediately giving me advice.
I'm happy to be a father. But I'm scared too, and I don't know who to talk to.
I want to support my partner, but sometimes I feel helpless too.
My sister is struggling after the birth. I want to help without intruding.

There are no “ungrateful” thoughts here. Just honest ones.

From the founder

Why I created “И аз така.”

I created “И аз така.” because I too have been through moments when I did not know whom to tell, or how to say what was weighing on me.

Sometimes it is hardest to speak to those closest to us - not because we do not trust them, but because their love and their opinion mean so much to us. The fear of how they might receive what we carry inside can make us stay silent.

Here, you can say even what is difficult to admit to yourself - however dark or unacceptable it may seem. Without fear, without shame and without judgement.

Sometimes just knowing that someone else has felt or thought something that frightens us too can bring a little relief. Not because it solves the problem or gives us a ready-made answer, but because it reminds us that we are not alone.

“I’ve been there.”
