Posting, replying and editing are for adults aged 18 and over. Text appears immediately and is public. A pseudonym does not make identifying details in your text anonymous. Do not post names, addresses or health information about other people, including children.
Reading, help and reporting are available to everyone. You can delete your own post without agreeing to the participation requirements.
Reporting content
Use Report on a post or reply. This alerts the community's sole moderator. The site is not continuously monitored and there is no guaranteed response time. A report is not a call to emergency services.
The psychologist provides separate consultations and does not automatically receive posts or reports.
Automated safety checks
When content is posted or edited, selected phrases are checked on the server for possible risk. Text is not sent to an external AI service. Matching phrases can trigger a report for review. These checks can miss risk or misinterpret context. They do not diagnose, delete content or automatically notify authorities. Seek help in danger regardless of whether a warning appears.
Data used in review
Only the protected moderation panel displays the report reason. Notification emails contain an identifier, priority and link, but not the sensitive text. A limited copy of flagged or reported text is retained for up to 30 days, including after editing or deletion. Reports and audit history are cleared within 90 days of report creation. Expired records are not displayed; automatic cleanup runs periodically.
